The first six years are the most important years in your child's life. Parents and caregivers have the greatest impact on how a child grows and develops. The OEYC is here to provide support and services to parents and caregivers as well as Early Learning activities for children. You can get answers to questions about your child's development and information about programs and services that are available for young children in your community. You can also talk to early years professionals.
